Our ezyPRO plugin was implemented to work with the client’s Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tool. forID assisted in building the appropriate steps and enabled account provisioning to three of the four systems via a bot. Additionally, ezyPRO was able to dictate deletion of a user’s account to the fourth system only when a predefined set of criteria were met
Our client with an existing implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) had four disconnected systems that were unsupported by out of the box connectors or would require additional customization to integrate. In addition, one of the systems required only the “delete” action to be taken upon a user’s departure (no read or write).

Our client released the QA team to other projects and began leveraging the ezyTEST tool within the IAM team to support all independent tests. This improved the release time for a maximum of one week to run all of the required tests. Additionally, our client leveraged the test reports which depicted each and every step automatically, providing additional details that were not available before to triage issues.
Our client’s Helpdesk received 96% fewer calls related to group management since users were able to create, manage and remove their own AD groups. The ezyADM plugin also allowed the client to view group hierarchy and visually identify critical permission issues between nested groups, allowing them to be cleaned up as needed.
