forID prepared the RFI/RFP and Assessment package for the Client to help them assess the available products, eventually choosing Okta. forID implemented Okta and integrated it with Active Directory and CyberArk to enable MFA. Admin accounts were integrated to help close audit finding, and forID began integrating other applications based on risk profile, to integrate their privileged accounts.
Our Client received an audit finding for insufficient protection of their Administrator accounts. forID was asked to implement a best of breed solution to ensure privileged accounts were secured since they had access to customer information.
Privileged Account holders would be required to use MFA via Okta to authenticate into the account. forID developed policies and standards, eliminating the use of passwords for privileged accounts and requiring all new applications to have privileged accounts secured via Okta and CyberArk.
